Global Talent Enhancement Center (GTEC) is comprised of a team of ITOCHU employees from New York, London, Singapore and Shanghai, who are dedicated to creating a truly global HR strategy for ITOCHU, to ensure that ITOCHU can continue to compete in today’s marketplace. This requires ITOCHU employees worldwide to share common values, a common language, and a common yardstick with which we can measure talent across the world.
