Today marks the first day of my tenure as President & CEO of ITOCHU International Inc. As we embark on this new journey together, I am truly humbled and extremely excited by the opportunities that lie ahead. As the North American flagship of ITOCHU Corporation, ITOCHU International was established in 1918 and formally incorporated in 1952. With a legacy spanning more than 100 years of rich history, we continue to provide trading services across a diverse spectrum of products, manage a portfolio of over 20 subsidiaries and affiliates, and maintain a diversified range of investments.

Headquartered in New York with operations extending across the US, Canada, and Mexico, our organization continues to be involved in wide variety of businesses under our seven divisions that play in the textile, machinery, metals, minerals, energy, chemicals, food general products, realty, information, communications technology, and finance industries.
