Yoichiro Urata is a SVP & General Manager of Energy & Chemical Division of ITOCHU International Inc.
Mr. Urata has nearly 29 years of experience with the ITOCHU organization, and he spent most of his career period for Chemical Division especially for plastic raw material and finished product business. In overseas, he worked in London (United Kingdom), Mumbai (India) and New York (The United States of America). In the United States of America, beside Chemical business, he takes care of Energy (Oil, LPG, LNG, Renewable Energy projects etc.), Power and Battery Business (Storage Battery, Battery Parts etc.).
Mr. Urata received bachelor’s degree in economics from Tohoku University in Sendai (Miyagi Pref), Japan.
