Mr. Loyer is the Senior Vice President & General Manager of ITOCHU International Inc. (hereafter “III”), Tax Division, a wholly owned subsidiary of ITOCHU Corporation.
Mr. Loyer has over 40 years of tax experience and joined III in August 1995. Prior to joining III, Mr. Loyer has held various positions of increasing responsibility in both the public and private sectors with extensive experience in all facets of taxation. He has overseen the III Tax Division since July 1997.
Mr. Loyer holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and received his Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Widener University. He also currently holds a CPA license and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
