Keisuke Nomura assumed his current roles of Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & General Manager of our Corporate Planning and IT Strategy Divisions in April 2026. Concurrently, he serves as President & CEO of ITOCHU Canada Ltd.

Mr. Nomura has around 30 years of experience with ITOCHU group, where he has served mostly as an in-house legal counsel, providing strategic legal advice and counsel on a broad range of legal, compliance, and regulatory matters across a wide range of industries.

Mr. Nomura has spent a total of over 11 years in total with our company, including SVP & General Counsel (2020-2025) and SVP, Chief Compliance Officer and General Manager of Human Resources and General Affairs Division as well as Department Leader of the Sustainable Management Department (2025). Previously, he held a managerial position with the Corporate Planning & Administrative Division of ITOCHU Corporation in Japan, after spending years with the Legal Division of ITOCHU Corporation.

Mr. Nomura holds a Bachelor of Laws from Chuo University in Japan and an LL.M. degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He has bar admission in New York State.
