Keisuke Nomura has over 25 years of experience with the ITOCHU organization as an inhouse counsel, including nearly 10 years in total at ITOCHU International Inc. During his career at ITOCHU, Mr. Nomura has assisted multiple cross-border acquisitions and investments by ITOCHU in broad range of industries, as well as his role in compliance, disputes resolution and corporate governance.
Mr. Nomura holds a Bachelor of Laws from Chuo University in Japan and LLM from the University of Michigan Law School. He has bar admission in New York State.
