Toshihide Otsuka has over 25 years of experience at Itochu with expertise in the Media and Communication business sectors. Being seconded to a total of 3 affiliated companies during that time, Mr. Otsuka also has abundant field experience from planning, marketing to sales. His recent role heading the Corporate Planning Section for the ICT Division at Tokyo Headquarters helped him broaden his view and knowledge, making him more than qualified for his current position as SVP & GM, overlooking ICT and Financial categories.
Mr. Otsuka holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Seikei University.
