Kaori Terauchi assumed the roles of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, General Manager of our Legal & Compliance Division in April 2025. In April 2026, she was appointed Chief Compliance Officer of our company.

Ms. Terauchi has had a career spanning more than 25 years at ITOCHU Corporation. She has more than 20 years’ experience in development of power and other infrastructure projects across Asia Pacific, through a number of leadership roles. She was appointed Executive Officer of ITOCHU Corporation in Japan in April 2024.

Ms. Terauchi is a U.S. Attorney registered in New York and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). She holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Keio University in Japan and an LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law, New York.
