Koji Oda assumed the role of Senior Vice President & General Manager of our Textile Division in April 2025. Concurrently he serves as Chairman, President & CEO of ITOCHU Prominent USA LLC.

Mr. Oda has over 30 years of experience in the textile and apparel industry. He has been involved in domestic and international trade of textile products and raw materials, as well as OEM production and business investments across Asia.

In 2020, he took on a key leadership role overseeing the Business Planning department of the Fashion Apparel Division and most recently served as a board director at one of ITOCHU’s group companies. He brings extensive expertise in global business development and strategic management.

Mr. Oda holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Keio University in Japan.
