Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, ITOCHU International Inc.

Yoshiyuki Ochiai assumed the role of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of our company in April 2026.

Mr. Ochiai has over 30 years of experience with the ITOCHU group primarily in the areas of accounting, tax, financing, and risk management. He has an unrivaled knowledge and expertise concerning ITOCHU’s management policies and procedures on finance, accounting, risk management, and internal audits.

Mr. Ochiai held a number of leadership roles, including the position of Chief Financial Officer with two ITOCHU subsidiaries. In both roles, he led the companies to achieve growth.

Mr. Ochiai holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from Gakushuin University in Japan.
