Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, ITOCHU International Inc.

Scott Suh was appointed Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, ITOCHU International Inc. in April 2026.

Mr. Suh joined ITOCHU International Inc. in 1996 and spent the first 10 years in New York spearheading corporate development activities for various Trading Divisions. He has held a number of senior management roles including the positions of CAO, CFO and CEO of five group companies and served on the Board of Directors of eight subsidiaries. Mr. Suh also spent two years in ITOCHU Corporation in Tokyo, Japan, from 2010 to 2012 advising on two major acquisitions in Europe.

As SVP, Corporate Strategy, CEO Office, Mr. Suh provides strategic and operational advice to our Chief Executive Officer in ITOCHU’s portfolio management and other group-wide corporate strategies, serving as a key liaison between the CEO Office and subsidiary leadership teams.

Mr. Suh received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of California in Irvine and MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
