Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer & General Manager, Planning & Analysis (BP&A) Division, ITOCHU International Inc.

Vincent Lin was appointed Senior Vice President, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer & General Manager of our Planning & Analysis Division in April 2026.

With a career within ITOCHU group spanning over 25 years, Mr. Lin brings extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategic development, and M&A practice to the executive team. Throughout his career, Mr. Lin has held several key positions across ITOCHU’s diverse portfolio, including Chief Administrative Officer of one of our group companies. He has also been appointed to the Board of Directors or Managers for multiple portfolio companies, where he provides high-level oversight and strategic direction.

Prior to his long tenure with our company, Mr. Lin built a solid foundation in finance as a public accounting auditor and investment banker.

Mr. Lin earned his BA in Accounting from Taipei University in Taiwan and holds an MBA from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College in New York.
