Tomoo Yokobori assumed the role of Senior Vice President & General Manager of our Machinery Division in April 2026.

Mr. Yokobori has over 30 years of experience with ITOCHU group and extensive expertise in investments, corporate leadership, and business development in the aerospace, shipping, and power industries.

Prior to his current role with our company, Mr. Yokobori served as Chairman of our group company, Tyr Energy, Inc. Previously, he served as Senior Division Officer of the Plant, Marine & Aerospace Company of ITOCHU Corporation in Japan. In this capacity, he directed and led cross-departmental strategic initiatives, including the successful turnaround of a public company and the strategic acquisition of service companies in the aerospace, shipping, power, and renewable energy sectors. His visionary approach has contributed significantly to the growth and transformation of these industries within the ITOCHU group.

Mr. Yokobori holds a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University, in China.
