Vice President & General Manager, Human Resources & General Affairs Division, ITOCHU International Inc.

Carolann Mandell was appointed Vice President & General Manager of the Human Resources & General Affairs Division of our company in April 2026. She leads human resources strategy for the North American headquarters and supports governance across subsidiary organizations.

Ms. Mandell rejoined ITOCHU International Inc. in 2025, after holding HR leadership roles at The Estée Lauder Companies and Wiley. Earlier in her career, she spent over seven years with our company as integral part of our Human Resources & General Affairs Division, supporting HR at headquarters and subsidiary organizations across North America.

Ms. Mandell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University at Albany and is certified as SHRM-SCP.
