Senior Vice President, Strategic M&A, Machinery Division, ITOCHU International Inc.

Ryan Tucker was appointed Senior Vice President, Strategic M&A, Machinery Division of our company in September 2025.

Mr. Tucker joined ITOCHU International Inc. in 2019, with a brief hiatus as a Partner at Strategy& Deal Strategy. He has nearly 23 years of experience leading global businesses and large multi-national investment and divestment initiatives across GE Capital and Prosegur. Mr. Tucker grew Prosegur USA from having no commercial services in the US to employing over 5,000 employees over 2 years.

Mr. Tucker holds a BBA from George Washington University and actively participates in multiple Connecticut based non-profit organizations.
