Tatsuro Kimura assumed the role of Senior Vice President & General Manager of our General Products & Realty Division in October 2026. Concurrently, he serves as President & CEO of ITOCHU Building Products Holdings Inc. and Chairman of Master-Halco, Inc.

Mr. Kimura has over 28 years of experience with the ITOCHU group and extensive expertise in the pulp and paper and building materials industries in a range of managerial roles including supply chain management, M&A, and executive management.

Since April 2026, Mr. Kimura has served as President & CEO of our subsidiary, ITOCHU Building Products Holdings Inc., and as Chairman of its subsidiary, Master-Halco, Inc. From April 2022 to March 2026, he served as President & CEO of Master-Halco, Inc., where he played an instrumental role in M&A projects across North America after joining the company in 2018.

Mr. Kimura holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Waseda University in Japan.
