ITOCHU Corporation today, January 18th, announced executive changes, effective as of April 1st, 2018. The announcement in full is attached.

The following changes to III’s executive positions have been announced:

CEO

Current: Tomofumi Yoshida, current Senior Managing Executive Officer, ITOCHU Corporation; President & CEO, ITOCHU International, will join the Member of the Board, appointed Senior Managing Executive Officer, ITOCHU Corporation; President, General Products & Realty Company, ITOCHU Corporation.

Appointed: Claire Chino, current Executive Officer, ITOCHU Corporation; EVP & CAO, ITOCHU International; President & CEO, ITOCHU Canada Ltd., will become Managing Executive Officer, ITOCHU Corporation; President & CEO, ITOCHU International.

CAO

Appointed: Naohiko Yoshikawa, current SVP & General Manager, Machinery Division, ITOCHU International, will become SVP & CAO, ITOCHU International; SVP & General Manager, Corporate Planning Division, ITOCHU International; President & CEO, ITOCHU Canada Ltd.

SVP & General Manager, General Products & Realty Division

Shinjiro (Sean) Tanaka, SVP & General Manager, General Products & Realty Division, ITOCHU International, will also serve as an Executive Officer, ITOCHU Corporation.
