Itochu Australia Limited (IAL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Itochu Corporation. Itochu Minerals & Energy of Australia Pty Ltd (IMEA) is owned by Itochu Australia Limited and Itochu Corporation.

3.1. Employment Information may be used for recruitment and human resources management purposes.
3.2. IAL and IMEA may use Customer Information collected from you to provide you with information, updates and our services. We may also use Customer Information to process your orders, carry out credit checks and make you aware of new and additional products, services and opportunities.
3.3. IAL and IMEA may contact you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to telephone, email, sms or mail.
